Data Collection on This Website

This website does not use cookies and does not employ any tracking or analytics services. No personal data is collected for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

The only data collected when visiting this website is server log files that are automatically stored by our hosting provider (IONOS). This data is technically necessary for the operation of the website.

2. General Information and Mandatory Disclosures

Data Protection

The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

Using our website is possible without providing personal data. We have deliberately designed this website so that no input from you is required.

Notice Regarding Data Transmission

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., communication by email) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Revocation of Your Consent to Data Processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke any consent you have already given at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out until revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

An informal notification by email is sufficient for revocation.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority

In the event of data protection violations, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection matters is the State Data Protection Commissioner of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive data that we process automatically based on your consent or in fulfillment of a contract in a commonly used, machine-readable format.

Since we do not collect personal data from you on this website, this right is generally not applicable.

Information, Correction, and Deletion

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data.

For this purpose, as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies. Neither technically necessary cookies nor marketing, analytics, or tracking cookies are used.

When visiting our website, no information in the form of cookies is stored on your device.

Server Log Files

Our hosting provider IONOS automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These include:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources.

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of their website – server log files must be recorded for this purpose.

Server log files are automatically deleted after 7 days.

SSL/TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Contact

This website does not contain contact forms. If you contact us by email or telephone, the data you provide (e.g., email address, name, telephone number, content of your inquiry) will be stored by us to process your inquiry.

We advise against sending sensitive health data by email.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

The data you send to us will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

5. External Services and Content

Google Maps (Static Map)

On our website, we display a static map preview of our location. For this purpose, we use the Google Maps Static API from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The static map is a simple image (PNG file) retrieved from Google servers by our page. When displaying the static map, no cookies are set and no JavaScript is loaded from Google.

When retrieving the map image, your IP address is transmitted to Google. This is technically necessary for the image to be delivered to your browser.

When you click on the map preview, a confirmation dialog appears first. Only after your explicit consent will you be redirected to the external Google Maps website. Google's privacy policy then applies there.

The use of Google Maps Static API is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in an appealing presentation of our location.

Doctolib (Online Appointment Booking)

For online appointment booking, we offer a link to the external service Doctolib. The provider is Doctolib GmbH, Mehringdamm 51, 10961 Berlin, Germany.

No Doctolib scripts, widgets, or iFrames are embedded on our website. The "Book Appointment" button on our website is a simple link.

When you click the booking button, a confirmation dialog appears first. Only after your explicit consent will you be redirected to the external Doctolib website.

On the Doctolib platform, you can book an appointment. The data collected there is processed exclusively by Doctolib. Doctolib is responsible for data processing on the Doctolib platform.
